​An airman who went on a late night swim near Andersen AFB, Guam, on Nov. 21 is presumed dead, the base said Sunday. MSgt. Greg Ramos, a member of the 154th Logistics Readiness Squadron of the 154th Wing of the Hawaii Air National Guard was swimming at Tarague Beach when he went missing. After six days of search and rescue with no evidence, officials said Ramos is presumed dead. “We are extremely saddened by this loss,” Brig. Gen. Douglas Cox, commander of the 36th Wing at Andersen, said in a statement. “Our thoughts and prayers are with family, friends, teammates, and everyone affected by this tragedy.”
