He called on airmen to celebrate the nation's veterans for more than just the one-day holiday of Veterans' Day. "We can never forget their service, or their sacrifice. They are truly giants among us, and we proudly stand on their shoulders and serve with purpose today," wrote Cody. He provided a link to a video tribute to airmen through the years.
