The 17th Training Wing at Goodfellow AFB, Tex., dedicated the base chapel in the name of retired Maj. Gen. Robert Taylor, former Air Force chief of chaplains and a prisoner of war during World War II, Feb. 24, 2012. Taylor died in 1997. "We are intentionally remembering a faithful servant of God who faced adversity, yet did not let adversity overcome or defeat him," said Lt. Col. Bruce Glover, 17th TW chaplain, during the dedication ceremony, shown here.
