More than 250 paintings went on display at the National Museum of the US Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, on Oct. 23, 2010, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Air Force Art Program. These paintings, all of which the artists donated to the Air Force within the past two years, tell the story of airmen during that span, such as their relief efforts in Haiti and combat operations in Afghanistan. They will be on display until Dec. 31, 2010, in the museum's Hall of Honor and Cold War Gallery. Here, a view of the display gallery.
