Contrary to an earlier plan, two C-130 transports from the West Virginia Air National Guard's 130th Airlift Wing at Yeager Airport in Charleston will not be transferring to Little Rock AFB, Ark., to serve temporarily as part of a reserve component training unit that the Air Force is establishing there, members of the state's Congressional delegation announced May 10, 2010.
