Bldg. 6351, one of the last World War II-era housing facilities at Lackland AFB, Tex., was moved on Feb. 27, 2010, to the base's History and Traditions Museum, Lackland officials announced March 9, 2010. The open-bay barracks, built in 1942, will become part of the museum's enlisted heritage exhibits following a renovation and restoration project that could take up to 18 months.
