Air Force and Army officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of a new aircraft parking ramp at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, June 4, 2010. The now-completed construction project features an 18-acre parking area with five in-the-ground fueling points. Bagram officials say the ramp greatly expands the base's capacity to support coalition operations in the Central Asian nation. Here, Col.
