The Defense Department has halted aerial refueling operations out of the Transit Center at Manas, Kyrgyzstan, while the US government renegotiates the price of the locally supplied aviation fuel with the new interim Kyrgyz government, Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman told reporters, June 1, 2010.
