Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz and Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead signed a memorandum of agreement on June 12, 2010, for their two services to cooperate closely on their respective Global Hawk and Broad Area Maritime Surveillance fleets, Air Force officials announced July 1, 2010.
