The Combined Air Power Transition Force that is training the Afghan National Army Air Corps to be an independent and capable fighting force is "an impressive operation" that "deserves to be commended," Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-Fla.), co-chair of the House Air Force Caucus, said during a speech on the House floor, Jan. 26, 2010.
