The Air Force plans to buy a total of 3,000 Raytheon-built miniature air launched decoys and derivative radar jammers, service acquisition officials told the Daily Report, April 14, 2010. USAF is nearing the in-service date for the ADM-160B MALD, a decoy launched from F-16s and B-52s to confuse enemy air defenses.
