Northrop Grumman issued a statement on Sept. 29, 2009, expressing the company’s concern that it is at a competitive disadvantage going into the new round of the Air Force’s KC-X tanker competition since the Pentagon provided rival Boeing with pricing data on Northrop’s tanker offering following the original KC-X competition.
