Standout Logistician: TSgt. Alisha Cua, an air transportation specialist assigned to Air Mobility Command’s standardization, programs, and resources branch at Scott AFB, Ill., has won the National Defense Transportation Association International Junior Executive Leadership Award. The award, which she will receive at the NDTA national convention Sept. 23 in Nashville, Tenn., recognizes junior executives who have demonstrated leadership ability and responded in a constructive manner to issues confronting the transportation distribution industry. Cua is the noncommissioned officer in charge of AMC’s 463L Pallet and Net Program. Among her accomplishments, she took the lead in improving 463L pallet management to ensure greater visibility and accountability and to reduce pallet purchase and repair costs. "Her invaluable air transportation experience, selfless service to our nation, and devotion to personal improvement, all embody the qualities demanded in a modern-day professional military logistician," said Eduardo Garcia Jr., 463L and aerial port equipment manager in the standardization, programs and resources branch.
