Trust Corley: That is the advice given by former Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne, reports the Washington Times. Asked for his opinion on the current debate surrounding the phantom F-22 study, Wynne wrote in an e-mail: "Why [has] no analytical support been made available to support the lower number of aircraft? Because there never was any." The e-mail response also said, "The analyses were result-driven and false." And, it added that Gen. John Corley, who last month responded to a direct inquiry from a Senator that the requirement for F-22s had not changed, "is a war-fighting general and his voice is the one to trust."
