Air Force investigators have determined that a faulty brake valve caused a B-1B bomber to roll forward into two rescue vehicles after engine shutdown March 7, 2008, at Andersen AFB, Guam, damaging the aircraft and the vehicles, Air Combat Command announced Sept. 3, 2008.
