RED HORSE Erects Huts for Kunsan Short-timers: Various RED HORSE units teamed to construct 30 huts—commonly called South-East Asia, or SEA, huts from their use during the Vietnam War—to replace the tents at Kunsan AB, South Korea, that formerly housed airmen deployed to the base for short expeditionary stays. The construction effort cost about $320,000 and took some five months to complete. The first users are 300 Air National Guard airmen. (Read more here.)
